Standard Terms & Conditions

Purchase of Used complete audio equipment and spare parts including circuit boards.
Meridian Legacy is an independent organization not connected to Meridian Audio Ltd in any way. We have not designed or manufactured any of the complete audio equipment and spare parts/circuit boards that we sell. Meridian Legacy will not be held responsible for any failures of equipment, spare parts and circuit boards. We will not be liable for any injury to a customer or damage to a customers dwelling.

Any parts or circuit boards purchased from Meridian Legacy should be installed by a qualified electrician/technician at their own risk. It is the installing technicians responsibility to ensure that the product is safe to run in a customers home. Any customer that purchases parts or circuit boards that are unqualified to install such items do so at their own risk. Meridian Legacy will not be held responsible for any damages whatsoever.

Any customer that purchases products from this website (www.meridianlegacy.co.uk) agrees to the above conditions at the checkout page. Customers will be asked to read the conditions and agree to them with a tick box.

Warranties and Delivery:

No Warranty period is offered with any of the products on this website.
If a customer is not happy with their purchase then we ask to be contacted describing the problem. A customer is entitled to return within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned at the customers expense. A refund will be provided if the product arrives back in our possession in the same condition and packing as was shipped to the customer in. If we feel the product has been badly treated or incorrectly installed we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If the product returns safely to us then a replacement can be supplied instead of a refund if stock allows.

Delivery time of a purchased product could be approx up to 7 working days. If there is a delay in stock availability then we will inform the customer.

User/Customer behavior:

We do not tolerate verbal abuse of any kind. If we feel a customer is being abusive then we reserve the right to cancel any order, refund any monies and delete the account.

Payment methods and customers details:

Any customer details are solely held to complete an order. They will not be passed on or sold on to anyone. No credit card details or financial information will be held on this website. There is no enabled option to store credit card details.

Payment methods are credit and debit cards through secure stripe system and paypal.
